SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order required to qualify for free shipping.
When your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment.
Orders are processed & shipped during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm PST. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside the United States (note: we do not ship beyond mainland United States, except for Hawaii and we don’t ship to APO/FPO addresses).

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties, levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please thoroughly inspect shipments, noting damage to cartons on the freight bill. www.balensispa.com will not be responsible unless noted at delivery. Please keep all packing materials until items have been fully inspected. Contact Customer Service at within 72 hours to report damage.
