SHIPPING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE:

The Shipping Policy below applies only to Online Retail Customers buying on balensispa.com.   

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order required to qualify for free shipping. 

When your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email. 

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment. 

Orders are processed & shipped during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm PST. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside the United States (note: we do not ship beyond mainland United States, except for Hawaii and we don’t ship to APO/FPO addresses).

If you are located outside the United States, please contact info@balensispa.com and we would be happy to provide you with information.

 

RETURNS POLICY*

Within the First 7 Days*
Return any unused product for a prompt, courteous exchange.*

After 7 Days*
Return any unused product for a prompt, courteous exchange, less a 20% restocking fee.

After 10 Days*
Items shipped to www.balensispa.com after 10 days will not be accepted for exchange or returned to you.

Damaged Shipments
Please thoroughly inspect shipments, noting damage to cartons on the freight bill. www.balensispa.com will not be responsible unless noted at delivery. Please keep all packing materials until items have been fully inspected. Contact Customer Service at within 72 hours to report damage.

Missing Items
Please report missing items within 72 hours.
