How to use the makeup pads

Once used, simply gather the used bamboo makeup remover pads in the cotton mesh bag. Then, wash them in the laundry machine at 40°C to 60°C.

Conventional cotton pads are a disaster for the environment. Cotton is grown with a massive use of pesticides, fertilizers and water. Therefore, cotton should not be use as single-use item.

To make matters worse, the cotton pads are usually packed in plastic. Packaging is a huge contributor to the plastic problem.

Luckily, there are alternatives which are reusable, empowering you to create a waste free makeup removal routine.

Zero-waste makeup removal

Avoid disposable cotton pads and use reusable makeup remover pads to reduce your daily waste. You can use reusable pads or a soft cloth. The pads can simply be washed in the laundry. They come with a laundry bag to wash them together. This simple routine avoids a lot of waste to be generated.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order required to qualify for free shipping. 

When your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email. 

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment. 

Orders are processed & shipped during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm PST. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside the United States (note: we do not ship beyond mainland United States, except for Hawaii and we don’t ship to APO/FPO addresses).

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties, levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return any unused product for a prompt, courteous exchange, less a 20% restocking fee.

Items shipped to www.balensispa.com after 10 days will not be accepted for exchange or returned to you.

Damaged Shipments
Please thoroughly inspect shipments, noting damage to cartons on the freight bill. www.balensispa.com will not be responsible unless noted at delivery. Please keep all packing materials until items have been fully inspected. Contact Customer Service at within 72 hours to report damage.

Missing Items
Please report missing items within 72 hours.
