What is IPL:
- IPL laser hair removal is a safe, non-invasive treatment that permanently reduces the number of regrowing hairs.
- Light pulses are used to damage hair follicles and impair their ability to grow hair. Damaged hair follicles are eliminated, with excellent long-term results.
How to use:
- Ensure you have shaved the area you are going to be zapping!
- Plug the handset into power.
- Press the power button again to increase intensity (up to level 5). Always start on level 1 to test your sensitivity.
- Place the device head flat against the skin and press the big button on the front to ZAP.
- Zap once and move around the area, not missing any spots.
- Repeat 1 x per week, for 12 weeks for best results.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. There is no minimum order required to qualify for free shipping.

When your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment.
Orders are processed & shipped during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm PST. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside of Canada and the United States (note: we do not ship beyond mainland United States, except for Hawaii and we don’t ship to APO/FPO addresses).

After 45 Days
Return any product for a prompt, courteous exchange, less a 20% restocking fee.
After 90 Days
Items shipped to www.balensispa.com after 90 days will not be accepted for exchange or returned to you.
Damaged Shipments
Please thoroughly inspect shipments, noting damage to cartons on the freight bill. www.balensispa.com will not be responsible unless noted at delivery. Please keep all packing materials until items have been fully inspected. Contact Customer Service at within 72 hours to report damage.
Missing Items
Please report missing items within 72 hours.
